I can't thank the ladies enough for the care and support my wife received.
It was a busy day in resus for them; and I could tell others needed their help more than I, yet they all ensured I was as comfortable and seen to as quickly as possible.
As someone who works in the NHS, I know how much these compliments mean, and trust that this will be forwarded to those guys at A&E.
Our staff work very hard day in day out to look after the health of the North Wales population.
They all go the extra mile for patients when ever possible and we really appreciate the messages of thanks and goodwill that come to us on a regular basis rgearding staff conduct.
To have this done she had to be sedated and the procedure would take place in resus.
After this she then had to have another xray and was taken back into CDU.
Although they were very busy indeed I did not feel I was part of a production line, and the care I received made the experience very pleasant under the circumstances, and I felt I was treated with respect and dignity at all times.
My special thanks goes to Rhys, the nurse who took care of my every needs. Very impressed and pleased with the Rapid Assessment Unit.
