(granted, I'm not a pro at this)Second, I have sometimes gotten a Login page, with my email address and a filled-in password. When I click Login, I am told that the email address or password is invalid. As for the features that remain good luck in getting them to work.
I have been trying to register with LL for a week without success.First, they require a picture, but multiple attempts have not succeeded in uploading a picture. Then, since it still can't save the few search criteria you've entered, you have to enter them all over again, after which you can hope to execute one or two commands before it freezes again.I used to receive views, likes, etc., almost every time I logged in. The site is like bombed-out city block with people searching for survivors, and searching less every day. The last time Lavalife did an upgrade, there were technical problems and I contacted them and they were very responsive. When I clicked Forgot password, I am told the my email address is not recognised, even though it was displayed.
Five or six Contact us requests for help have led to no response. I have a question regarding lavalife's "call me" feature.
As always you should read your terms of service before signing up to any online service.
On Nov.20, 2014 Lavalife was re-vamped and bears little resemblance to it's old self.
Lavalife has over 1.7 million registered members and is especially popular amongst American and Canadian singles.
Over 700,000 messages are sent every day on this busy dating service, thanks in part to the ability of free members to reply to any message sent to them, though only a paying member can initiate a conversation.
The new site has been out for two weeks for now and it's prettier but otherwise it's a complete disaster.
